What To Expect When You Visit Pinnacle Wealth

If you decide to schedule a time to meet with one of our advisors, this page will walk you through what your first visit looks like — from where to park to what to bring and how the conversation will flow. No pressure. Just purpose.

Welcome — This Is About You

Whether you’re navigating a life transition, looking for guidance, or seeking clarity in your financial world, this meeting is centered on you — your story, your goals, your values. This is not a transaction. It’s a conversation. One focused on discovering what True Wealth means in your life.

When You Arrive

Where to Park

You’re welcome to use any spot in the first row closest to the front entrance. No ramps, no elevators, no long walks. Just simple and convenient.

What to Expect Inside

You’ll be greeted by Rachel, Andrea, or another member of our team. We’ll offer a warm welcome, refreshments, and make sure you’re comfortable from the start.

What Should I Bring?

You don’t need to bring paperwork, account statements, or your checkbook. What we encourage you to bring is your perspective:

  • Your questions
  • Any financial concerns

Big life decisions or transitions where you could use support If you have time, it may be helpful to review:

  • Your most recent tax return
  • Outstanding debts or loans
  • Retirement and investment accounts
  • Savings habits and contributions
Stocks Climb on Greater Clarity, but Rate Uncertainty Remains Elevated

What the Conversation Will Cover

This is a no-pressure, no-judgment environment. We’ll talk through:

  • Where you’ve been
  • Where you are
  • Where you want to go
  • What’s in the way
  • What matters most to you

You’ll also get an overview of our process and the foundation of our planning approach: the Statement of Financial Purpose — a life-centered document that aligns your financial strategy with your core values and goals.

How We Know If It’s a Fit

At the end of our conversation, we’ll reflect together on five essential questions:

  • Do you need help?
  • Can we help you?
  • Are you comfortable with how we work and how we’re compensated?
  • Do we agree there’s potential to move forward together?

If yes, we’ll schedule a deeper discovery meeting. If not, that’s okay too. We’ll be honest either way — and always respectful of your time and goals.
